Portland Cycling Guide
Folks in Portland rave about the cycling culture and how accessible the city is by bike. After all, what’s not to love about a dense network of bike lanes and designated bike boulevards, as well as scenic paths along either side of the Willamette River which runs through the heart of the city? Weave your way through the streets and make numerous coffee stops along the way, or head up to Mt. Tabor or the rose gardens of Washington Park for a bird’s-eye view. For longer road rides, pedal into the West Hills, out to Sauvie Island or east toward the Columbia River Gorge.
