It goes without saying that the Royal (which is the world's second oldest national park) is wonderful to ride through, with towering trees surrounding you on either side of the road. Even more impressive, however, is Stanwell Tops. At the top of Bald Hill, riders will have an amazing lookout where one can catch his or her breath and watch the ships coming into port. Catching the ferry makes for a unique experience while allowing riders to temporarily rest their legs. The Old Pacific Highway is a particular highlight of this route due to its beautiful scenery, rolling terrain, and light traffic. Make sure to check the ferry times before heading out!
